…CALL ON SECURITY AGENNTS TO PROTECT SELF, FAMILY.

Few days to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Primary election, reports reaching us indicates that desperate politcians are resorting to threat to life as a means of forcing unyielding aspirants to stepdown.

This was gathered as the leading aspirant for the Warri South West Constituency seat, Delta State House of Assembly, Comrade Sheriff Mulade raised an alarm over threat to his life, and family members. He disclosed  this while addressing Journalists in Warri and vowed never to step down for anybody or to serve any leader selfish interest.

Reaffirming his position to legitimately contest the PDP primaries, Sheriff Mulade said “It is pertinent to inform the general public particularly the Inspector General of Police IBRAHIM IDRIS and security agents to do everything within the ambit of the law to protect my life and family members. We don’t need politics of intimidation, harassment and oppression”.

The aspirant noted that, since some Delta State highly placed political office holders in PDP, visited him at home and asked him to step down for their planned imposed aspirant, he has been getting several calls with hidden numbers from anonymous callers, and also monitoring his movement threatening to kill or kidnapp him and his family members before the primary.

The caller who acknowledged that Sheriff Mulade’s a popular candidate said Sheriff Mulade’s wide acceptance is threatening their aspirant as the PDP primary election draws near in Warri South-West

Sheriff Said “I have been receiving all sort of threats stating that their bosses came to speak with me so as to step down and you are proving stubborn, if you wants to be alive and experience the primary election, we advise and warned you to immediately step down now to save your life before the primary, if not they will make life miserable for me and my family, that if I like I should inform anybody they will go after my family physically and spiritually”.
