In Business Customer Satisfaction Is Paramount – Oyibo

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Lifted Jamz Enterprise, Mr. Patrick Oyibo owner of the latest studio in Jakpa, has reiterated that contrary to the saying that maximization of profit is the paramount thing in business, customer satisfaction was more important.

Mr. Oyibo stated this in Warri, during an interview with our reporter at the opening ceremony of Lifted Jamz Enterprise.

“In business they say maximization of profit is the aim of every business but I stand to be corrected. In business, it is the customer satisfaction that is important and after the customer satisfaction, every other thing follows,” he said.

He said Lifted Jamz was poised to bring back the good old days concept when people will go to a record studio with a list of music they want and get what they want.

He said; “The concept behind my opening this studio is that in those days you go to studio with a list of music that you want the studio will record your choice for you. But today it is not long so. I want to bring back that old concept where you can get music of your choice recorded for you. You can now come to liftedjamz with you r list and you will get what you want.

Apart from selling records, Mr. Oyibo said that Lifted Jamz was also involved in photographic coverage of social events and all forms of entertainment dedicated to the service of its customers.

He said; “You can find all types of music in this studio;  jazz, blues, oldskolz, reggae, high life, rock, music of the masters, etc. Lifted Jamz is a photographic studio where we handle events management and handling of video coverage. It is all embracing and it is one shop that takes care of the entertainment world.”
