IFEAJIKA, NAN EDITOR NOW CPS IN DELTA

Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, Governor of Delta State has appointed Mr. Ifeajika Olisa, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the News Agency of Nigeria, Abuja office as his new Chief Press Secretary (C. P. S.) to take over from Mr. Charles Aniagwu who was recently elevated to the position of a Commissioner in the State.
According to his letter of appointment signed by Mr. Chiedu Ebie, Secretary to the Delta State Government (SSG), the appointment takes immediate effect.
Mr Ifeajika joined News Agency of Nigeria in 1989 as a reporter and has risen to become Deputy Editor-in-Chief in Abuja.
Mr. Ifeajika working track record shows that ’twas in Warri, Delta State and Asaba, also in Delta State as State Correspondent from 1989 to 2008 before he was transferred to Cross River State as State Correspondent between 2008 and 2010 before his posting back to Asaba to become Head, Niger Delta Bureau from 2010 to 2013.
Mr. Ifeajika was redeployed to Abuja in 2013.
