Oborevwori Approves Appointment of DG, Local Content Agency, MD, Signage & Advertisement Agency

Rt Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Governor of Delta State has approved the appointment of Chief Kakor Stanley Ese as Director-General,Delta State Local Content Agency and Mr Okoh Sabastine as Managing Director, Delta State Structure for Signage and Advertisement Agency.

This is contained in a statement signed by Dr. Kingsley Emu, Secretary to the State Government (SSG) made available to Reformeronline in Asaba.

According to Dr. Emu, “the appointees swearing-in ceremony will take place on Thursday, February 19 ,2026 at Unity Hall, Government House, Asaba at 10am.

“The appointees,their families and other guests are to be seated by 9.30 am.”
