ETHIOPE EAST LGA “OHANEZE NDI IGBO” PLEDGES SUPPORT FOR MAJEMITE

The “Ohaneze Ndi Igbo”, a socio-political Igbo group in Ethiope East LGA has pledged their total support for the candidature of Chief (Mrs.) Faith Majemite.
Members of the group who are registered voters in Ethiope East have assured the PDP candidate that they will cast their votes for PDP to facilitate her victory at the polls come October 25, 2014.
The Ethiope East “Ohaneze Ndi Igbo” group’s pledge is contained in a press release signed by its Public Relations Officer, Comrade Emmanuel Okonkwo.
The group described Mrs Majemite as “a politician of high repute who has contributed immensely to the building and growth of PDP since its formation and numerous election victories in Delta State since 1999.”
“We call on the entire good people of Ethiope East to support and cast their precious votes for PDP and its candidate so as to enable Mrs. Majemite transform the socio-economic fortunes of the LGA”, the statement added.
It will be recalled that soon after the party primaries; Kokori Youth through a resolution adopted the “Oniemor of Agbon Kingdom”, Faith Majemite as their new political leader.
This development received commendation from political observers who have been yearning for the change of political structure and leadership in Kokori Communities and the LGA.
The official campaign train of Mrs. Majemite and PDP for the LGA elections is expected to be flagged off soon as leadership of Faith Majemite Solidarity Movement (FMSM) are working round the clock to ensure comprehensive mass mobilization of all Ethiopeans for the election.
