A Niger Delta Based Human and Enviromental rights group, the Center for Peace and Environment justice (CEPEJ) led by its National coordinator, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has condoled the President of Ghana, the Commandant General of the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre, Accra and the good people of Ghana over the demise of international Peace icon, Kofi Annan.

CEPEJ  described the death of Kofi Annan  as very painful, saying his death came as a rude shock and passed away at a time when his wealth of experience was most needed in mitigating global conflicts particularly Africa.

According to him;”Your Excellency, President of the Republic of Ghana. I want to sincerely express my heartfelt condolences to you and the entire people over the sudden demise of our lovely father, Leader and Mentor. His death came as a rude shock and heartbreaking”.

“Our beloved Leader lived an examplary and fulfilled life.Please, kindly accept my condolences.May God Almighty grant his gentle soul perfect peace and give you and the entire people of Ghana the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss”, he added.
