Over 38,000 participants drawn from Oshimili North and South, Monday, attended the crusade organized by Pastor Williams Kumuyi, the General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry in Asaba, the Delta State capital.
Besides, Delta State Governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, his wife, Dame Edith, defied the downpour on Monday, and stormed the crusade, held at the Cenotaph in the state capital.
Also, Secretary to the State Government, Rt. Hon. Festus Ovie Agas, member representing Ethiope West State Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Erhiatake Ibori and Chief of Staff, Government House, Tam Brisibe also defied the rain and participated in the crusade.
The Cenotaph was a beehive of human heads as the people thronged the expansive event centre for a touch of God’s presence in the crusade ground.
Rather than escaping to safer havens as the rains poured, the expectant crowd removed the chairs from the ground and converted same to umbrella to ward off the effect of the rain as the rain persisted.
As Kumuyi ministered on “The Great Day of Supernatural Wonders”, the crowds resonated with shouts of thunderous shouts of Amen to receive the blessings of God through the revered man of God.
He told the people that God had visited them in Asaba as various miracles were received by participants at the crusade ground in Asaba.
Miracles of deliverance from glaucoma, cataract, ulcer, partial stroke were among some of the numerous of deliverances ministered to the people in Asaba.
At Ogwashi Uku on Tuesday, more than 20 participants received miracles of deliverance from ulcer, cataract, broken leg, chest pain, appendicitis, rheumatism, growth in the belly, arthritis and others at Ogwashi Uku, headquarters of Aniocha South Local Government Area.
