We Will Support Technical Education, Health Insurance Scheme- Okowa

The governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP in Delta state Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa has said when voted into power his administration will look into the rural areas and support technical education as well as support health insurance scheme for all Deltans and called on them to vote for PDP.
The governorship candidate, who stated this in Bomadi headquarters of the LGA at the ongoing PDP campaign rally in the area to canvass for support, maintained that the party believes in the unity of Delta state.
Addressing a large crowd of cheering supporters, Okowa expressed optimism that the PDP will win all the elections in the state, saying “We will empower the youth and the women. We shall continue to empower our youths much more than we are doing before. We believe in urban renewal and Bomadi will be made better. We shall look into our rural areas and support technical education, we will support health insurance scheme for all Deltans starting gradually approving to include all Deltans. Everything will be well with us because we believe in the unity of our people and the unity of Delta state”, Okowa maintained.
Okowa who vowed to ensure the victory of his party told the people of Bomadi that to whom much is given, much is expected, noting the LGA which has the senatorial and the House of reps candidates respectively is expected to give their bulk vote to sail the party into victory.
Speaking further the governorship candidate urged people of the state to collect their Permanent Voter Cards PVC, saying that the PVC is their instrument to vote, “Ensure that you collect your PVC. It is your instrument to vote. Go from door-to-door to campaign. Pray for the party, it is well with us. We stand in Jesus, the Lord God”
Also speaking, the PDP candidate Delta south senatorial district Senator James Manager, the member representing Bomadi/Patani federal constituency Hon. Nicholas Mutu and erstwhile police minister Alaowei Broadrick Bozimor while recounting PDP achievements said one of the flagship projects in the area was the bridge linking Bomadi and the ongoing Gbaregolo/Esanma bridge, which according to them has attracted unprecedented development to the riverine towns in the area. They insisted that Okowa and his deputy Barr. Kingsley Otuaro when voted into power will take development to the next level, just as they called ijaw sons and daughters to come out en-emass and vote massively for the PDP. He added.
“Bomadi is home of PDP. We have no choice, but to vote for President Goodluck Jonathan in the February 14th general elections”. Manager stated.
