NIGER DELTA ACTIVIST CONDEMNS RAID ON CLARK’S RESIDENCE
..CHARGES POLICE TO DEAL WITH FAKE POLITICAL INFORMANTS
A Niger Delta human and environmental rights activists, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has condemned in strong terms the raid on the residence of elderstateman, Chief E. K. Clark.
The Activist described the raid on the ABUJA residence of Chief Clark as a display of security rascality and attempt to silent opposition.
Fuming with anger, Comrade Mulade said that; “I want to strongly condemn the Tuesday raid on the Abuja residence of a foremost leader in the Niger Delta region and Elder statesman, Pa E.K. Clark. Everything is wrong about the incident”.
“I want to call on the security agency to apply professionalism and carefully filtered their information so as not to be misled by the so called informants who are the real criminals hiding under security cover as informants. While we are accepting apology from the Chief Inspector General over the incident, the Police Boss should deal with all those in the matter to serve as deterrent to others. The raid is uncalled for and unacceptable to us”, he said in a statement in Abuja.
