Chief Fidelis Tilije, Delta State Commissioner for Finance has promised to partner Community Newspaper Publishers in the state.
The Commissioner made this promise when members of Community Newspaper Publishers under the aegis of Association Community Newspaper Publishers of Nigeria (ACNPN), Delta State Council led by its Chairman, Comr. Jude Obiemenyego paid him a courtesy visit in his office in Asaba.
Chief Tilije applauded the Community Newspaper Publishers for the consistency in reporting happenings in different communities across the state.
According to Chief Tilije, “I applaud you for the consistency in reporting the happenings in different communities across the state despite the challenges as a result of the economic situation in our environment and country.”
The Commissioner for Finance called on Deltans to support Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration for the growth and development of the state.
