Isoko  North  Council   Super Finance,  Host New Year Party, Reaffirms Support For Tinubu,  Sheriff,  Ogorugba

The Supervisory Councillor for Finance and Economic Planning for Isoko North Local Government Council,  Mr Isaiah Ogheneyole Ogunye popularly known as Azilo, has reaffirmed his support for the reelection of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the administration of Hon Elder Prince Godwin Ogorugba,  Chairman Isoko North Local Government Council. 

Mr Ogunye made the statement when he hosted party faithfuls, friends and associates during a colourful New Year celebration party in his residence in Emevor.

Speaking at the gathering, Ogunye noted that “the celebration was deliberately organised to share the joy of Christmas and New Year with the people and to further strengthen his connection with the grassroots.”

In his New Year message, Ogunye urged Nigerians to keep hope alive, remain resilient and continue to support the programmes of President Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori,  Hon Elder Godwin Ogorugba, assuring that the sacrifices being made would soon yield positive results.

He commended Isoko North Local Government Council Chairman, for giving him the opportunity to serve in his administration.

“I want people to celebrate the New Year peacefully and keep faith in a better Nigeria. By the special grace of God, the dividends of these sacrifices will soon be evident,” the Supervisor prayed.

In his remark, the APC Ward Chairman in Emevor, Comr  Karo Philip Oghogho, describe Comr Isaiah Ogunye as a friend and committed party man who is committed to party ideals. He is a jolly good fellow and you can count on him anytime.

Barr Friday Efetie while speaking said he was glad to be at the party. “Isaiah Ogunye is one man that I love so much. He is loyal and committed to friendship. His friendship transcend party. So when he invited me, I say to myself that I must be here.”

Peter Adaware, LGA Rep of the APC and Jonathan Ugbigu – APC Youth Leader in the ward both commended the Supervisor, saying his appointment was worthy and he enjoys the support of the good people of Emevor.

In a related development, Comr Isaiah Ogunye urges the women to have hope as the local government is set to deliver MORE in the new year 2026.

He said while sharing Christmas largesse to women of his street. The distribution which was done through the APC women Leaders Mrs Ofejiro Adaware, was given to more than 50 women in the street.  

Speaking during the distribution, APC women Leader who is from the same street, thank him and by extension the chairman who gave him the opportunity of appointment pray that 2026 shall be better for us all.
