Chairman of the Warri South Council Area, Dr Michael Tidi has felicitated with the member representing the good people of Ethiope Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Hon Ben Rollands Igbakpa, on the occasion of his birthday celebrations.

Tidi, in a congratulatory messages by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, described Hon. Igbakpa as a man of the people who always has the will of the people at heart.

He said Hon Igbakpa, within a short period of time in House of Representatives has been able to represent his people well and put them in the map of the world.

“Hon Igbakpa has proved to be a good legislator by the value and quality representation he is giving to the good people of Ethiope federal constituency with his numerous programmes and projects he is attracting to his constituency.

“Our prayer is that in the coming years, may you always have as much strength, wisdom and grace to attain greater heights and make many positive impact in the name of Almighty God.
