Dr Michael Tidi, Chairman of Warri South Local Government Area on Monday congratulated the Orosuen of Okere-Urhobo Kingdom, HRM Emmanuel Ono Okumagba, Okumagba II, as he marks his birth anniversary today Monday 7 March 2022.

Tidi, in congratulatory message by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, described the Okere-Urhobo monarch as an awesome leader who has continued to lead his people in peace and harmony.

“On behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South Local Government Area, I Dr Michael Tidi wishes you, HRM Emmanuel Ono Okumagba, Okumagba II, the Orosuen of Okere-Urhobo Kingdom, a very happy birthday filled with lots of love and happiness.

“May the wisdom to lead all under your leadership be bestowed upon you. As you increase in years, so shall you grow wiser.

“The ends of the earth shall hear about you for good. You shall bask in wisdom and wealth.

“Joy and laughter shall fill the land you lord over. Your reign shall be known to be peaceful. May the wisdom to direct the affairs of this land be given to you for the rest of your life. Happy birth anniversary to my wise king,” Tidi said.
