Delta 2023: Great Ogboru Mandate Group Call for Support Come 2023

A Warri based pressure group under eagis of Great Ogboru Mandate for Warri Federal Constituency has called on all well meaning Deltans to cast their vote for Chief Great Ogboru in the 2023 Gubernatorial elections.
Chairman of the nascent group, Lord John Ekure made the appeal while addressing newsmen in Warri Wednesday on the need to take the state from the present comatose condition visited on the oil rich State, saying “Delta State has become a laughing stock in the comity of States in Nigeria with a huge debt profile”.
According to Lord Ekure, their main focus is to get Chief Ogboru to occupy Denis Osadebe House come 2023, adding that “Deltans are fed with the Ruling PDP politicians who are the group of politicians in the opposition APC and therefore are birds of the same feather”.
He disclosed further that with all the huge financial resources accruing to the state, compared to Governor’s Wike’s Rivers State, Delta has nothing on ground to show for it as infrastructural decay, bad road networks, youths unemployment, unbridled greed and corruption has become the hallmarks of the Okowa’s PDP government these last eight years of anguish.
He contended that though Ogboru has contested up to four times in the race to govern the state like President Bihari and the some Presidents of the U.S.A did before achieving their goals, he assured that Ogboru time has come, insisting that Chief Ogboru has never truly lost any elections but was only rigged out by the powers that be adding that this time it’s not going to be business as usual.
Lord Ekure stated that “God’s time for Ogboru has come and nobody can short change him again.
” Like Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela, Ogboru would deploy his own resources and will not pander to the whims and capricises of any political godfather for directions and would ensure equity, fairness and justice for all Deltans irrespective of tribe or political affiliations’.
The Great Ogboru Mandate group therefore appealed to Deltans queue behind him for a greater Delta State.
