Tidi congratulates Ukavwe on his nomination as member, House of Assembly Service Commission
Chairman of the Warri South Local Government Area, Dr Michael Tidi has congratulated Sir Andrew Orits Ukavwe, on his nomination as member of the Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission.
Tidi, in a statement by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Francis Sadhere, commended Governor Ifeanyi Okowa for nominating the Obodo born politician from Warri South Local Government Area, saying that the nomination of Ukavwe as a member of the House of Assembly Service Commission was an excellent choice.
Ukavwe’s name was among the seven persons nominated for appointment as Chairman and Members of Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission as announced by Mr. Patrick Ukah, Secretary to the State Government, on Friday.
Tidi, described Ukavwe as a committed party leader who has used his wealth of experience over the year to continue to move People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state to greater heights.
“On behalf of my family and the good people of Warri South Local Government Area, I want to congratulate Sir Andrew Orits Ukavwe, on your nomination as a member of the Delta State House of Assembly Service Commission.
“Your nomination as a member of the commission in this administration of Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, has indeed shown how valuable your service is to the state.
“As a leader of our great party, PDP, we have no doubt in our mind that you will do the party, indeed Delta State, proud as you embark on your new assignment.
“I want to thank our amiable Governor, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa for nominating you as a member of commission, and I also want to assure the governor that he will not regret this nomination,” Tidi stated.
