PDP Ward 5 Jesse Inaugurates Executive Officers

The Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP)ward 5 Jesse in Ethiope west Local government area of Delta state have inaugurated their newly elected executive officers to run the affairs of the party in the next tenure.
Those sworn-in are, Hon. Jonathan Tashemi (JP)(Chairman) Mr. Ogheneakporobo Eriteta,(vice chairman) Mr. Fredrick Egadega(Secretary), Mr. Martins Onogware( Assist Sec) Mrs. Sarah Aghomi(women leader) Mr. Goddey Emakpor( Financial Sec), Mr. Matthew Okpako(Youth Leader) Mr. David Otojareri( Organising Sec) Mr. Believe Adu (Treasurer) and Mrs. Evelyn B. Aghomi(P.R.O) Others are Mr. Friday Akara(Auditor), Barr. Alfred Amajaja(Legal Adviser) Mr. Lucky Jakpa(Ex-Official), Mr. Epa Obioguru,(ex-official) Mr Edafe Ekokuweyi(Ex-official) Mr Patrick Amagiya(Ex-official) and Mr Akpevwe Agina also Ex-Official.
Delivering his inaugural speech, the chairman Hon Jonathan Tashemi(JP) appreciated God almighty for the opportunity given to him by the party members in his ward to serve as the chairman of the great Excos, appealing to his fellow executives that as co-pilots of the party in the area, they are all collectively responsible in the vanguard of changing the change at the National level while consolidating on the achievements of their great party at the state,local government and at the ward level respectively.
He explained further that since the inception of this democratic dispensation, their party PDP has never lost any election in the state, L.G.A and at the ward level, adding that the challenge and task before the new exco is to consolidate on the noble legacy bequeathed to them by the out gone exco.
Hon. Tashemi a one time councilor at the Ethiope west council legislative arm, maintained that the party sincerely need the newly sworn-in officers, their party leaders and other members alike to work hard assiduously to ensure the party succeeds, appealing to the members to join hands with the excos so as to enable them move the party forward, since they the excos alone does not have the monopoly of knowledge.
The former Ethiope west councilor revealed that his team will leave no stone upturn as they have put machinery in place on how best to take the crusade of change and consolidation to every nook and crannies of ward 5 Jesse, reminding the new officers, that “he who puts his hands on the plough must not look back” according to the bible quotation.
Some of the Executive officers who bared their minds to reporters at the event, Mrs. Sarah Aghomi and Mr. Ogheneakporobo Eriteta said they will always justify the confidence repose on them by working very hard in conjunction with the ward chairman to move the party forward.
