Oborevwori Felicitates Obi of Owa on 66th Coronation Anniversary

Asaba, Delta State – Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated the Obi of Owa Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Dr. Emmanuel Efeizomor II, OON, on the celebration of his 66th coronation anniversary.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the governor described the revered monarch as a father figure whose reign has brought peace, unity, and development to Owa Kingdom and beyond.
Governor Oborevwori commended the Obi for his outstanding contributions to the growth of Delta State, particularly in promoting communal harmony and offering wise counsel to successive administrations. He noted that the monarch, who is the immediate past Chairman of the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers, has consistently strengthened governance while upholding the dignity of traditional institutions.
The governor also prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, and long life for the royal father, while urging the people of Owa Kingdom to sustain their support for their monarch in his efforts to preserve the kingdom’s cultural heritage and collective aspirations.
