Oborevwori congratulates Admiral Mike Onah on birth anniversary
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori has congratulated elder statesman and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Admiral Mike Onah, OON (retd) on his birth anniversary.
In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, in Asaba on Friday, the Governor described the former Chief of Naval Accounts and Ex-Chairman of Military Pension Board as a distinguished military officer, elder stateman and administrator per excellence.
The Governor noted that the celebrant’s steadfastness, dedication, and commitment towards nation building, peace, unity, and progress of the country will continue to be cherished.
He said that Admiral Onah had an illustrious military career that saw him through strategic leadership positions as Naval Chief of Accounts and Chairman Military Pensions Board.
Oborevwori rejoiced with family members, friends, the people of Utagba-Uno, and Ndokwa nation on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Admiral Onah.
“Admiral Onah served the nation meritoriously with his wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and experience, and upon retirement, he became National President of Ndokwa Leaders Political Forum.
“On behalf of my family, the Government and people of Delta State, I congratulate our father and leader, Admiral Mike Ojinika Onah, OON, (retd), on the joyous occasion of his birth anniversary.
“Today, I join your family and indeed, your associates and admirers, in thanking Almighty God for granting you a life of great accomplishments and abiding fulfilment,” Oborevwori stated.
