Incoming government ‘ll enhance socio-economic life of youths, women—Delta Speaker

The incoming government of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will consolidate on the achievements recorded since 1999 with a fresh focus on employment, empowerment and enhancement of the socio- political and economic lives of youths and women, Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Peter Onwusanya, has said.
He said empowerment and skills acquisition for youths and women would be in the front burner to enhance the standard of living of the people of his constituency, Oshimili South Local Government of the state and Delta under Senator Ifeanyi Okowa.
The Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Right Hon Peter Onwusanya, gave the assurance during the flag off of his ward to ward election campaign for a second tenure in Asaba, the Delta State capital.
Hon Onwusanya said during the campaign in which the Delta North Senatorial and House of Representatives candidates, Barrister Peter Nwaoboshi and Hon Onyemaechi Mrakpor also promised effective representation, that his second tenure in office will touch the lives of his constituents in many ways.
According to him, “it will be rewarding for all people of Anioma and Delta State in general to vote PDP for all positions from President, Governor, Senate, House of Representatives to the State House of Assembly because the incoming administration will continue to give attention to empowerment of youths and women”.
He urged the people of Oshimili Souith Constituency to vote and convince their neighbours to vote for PDP as the party is the only sure means to a better life for all Nigerians.
The Delta North Senatorial candidate of PDP, Barrister Peter Nwaoboshi and the House of Representatives candidate, Hon Onyemaechi Mrakpor, implored the people to cast their votes for the PDP candidates.
