Group Mobilizes Voters In Ethiope West For Okowa, Erhiatake Ibori

A political pressure group, Okowability Prosperity Network (OPN) has commenced door-to-door, street-to-street and village-to-village campaign in Ethiope West Local government Area to mobilize electorates with Permanent Voters Cards (PVC) to vote massively for Senator Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa and Ms. Erhiatake Ibori as governor of Delta State and Member , House of Assembly representing Ethaiope Waest Constituency in the forthcoming general elections.
This was disclosed by Mr. Ogbodu Kelvin Oghor, Co-ordinator, Okowability Prosperity Network (OPN) in an interview with the Urhobo Voice, he disclosed that the Network’s project is ‘one man leads twenty voters to vote initiative’ explaining that the twenty voters must be people with Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
Mr. Ogbodu then called on Deltans and the electorates in Ethiope west local Government Area in particular to ensure they collect their Permanent Voters Card to enable then cast their votes wisely for senator Okowa as governor because he is “more qualified, has people-oriented programmes, a detribalized personality with the much needed experience to take the state to the next level of overall development we shall all be proud of, so I enjoin my people to vote in Dr. Okowa to move our dear state to greater heights.”
Mr. Ogbodu also enjoined electorates in Ethiope West Local Government Area to vote for Erhiatake Ibori, daughter of Chief James Onanefe Ibori, former governor of Delta State as member, representing Ethiope West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly to give the area good representation and get its fair share of democracy dividends, adding, “lets rally round our sister and daughter to give her the needed votes that would give her the opportunity to be elected to give us good representation in the House of Assembly.”
Responding to a question, the Ethiope West Coordinator of Okowability Prosperity Network (OPN) said that in a bid to actualize their dreams of overwhelming victory for Senator Okowa as governor and Erhiatake Ibori as Member, Delta State House of Assembly, the Network has been and is still working extra hard to mobilize eligible voters with Permanent Voters Cards by going from house to house, quarter to quarter, street to street and village to village in the local government area.
According to Mr.Ogbodu, “we have already embarked on mass mobilization of our people with Permanent Voters Cards, we are moving from door to door, street to street, village to village sensitizing our people on the need and importance of casting their votes for Senator Okowa as governor of Delta State and Erhiatake Ibori as Member to represent us in the State House of Assembly. We are not resting on our oars until we deliver Senator Okowa and Erhiatake Ibori as governor of Delta and Member, representing Ethiope West Constituency in the House of Assembly. We are using this opportunity to call on all Deltans, resident non-Deltans and our dear people of Ethiope West to vote wisely for Senator Okowa and Erhiatake Ibori for a secured future and harvests of democracy dividends.”
