A London based Construction and Project Manager, Olorogun (Mrs) Ejovi Arobaga has unfolded plans to partner with the Delta State Government on the education of Deltans through balanced academic and technical training in Colleges and higher institutions.

She said entrepreneural and management skill need to help less privileged with scholarship and offers of apprenticeships to help them on employment ladder.
Mrs Arobaga showered praises on Chief Edwin Clark in his recent award of 100 scholarship at his University for the first 100 students and urged other philanthropists in the state to emulate the elderstateman.
The Construction Project Manager while speaking recently at the maiden edition of Art Craft in Asaba with PDP Stakeholders’ Forum and top government functionaries harped on the need for teachers to be re-trained in order to rekindled their passion and skills in teaching.
She implored the private sector to partner with the state government in the continual campaign for entrepreneural, managerial skill, quality education for the youths and teachers to be re-trained passionately on skilled teaching for regeneration and sustainability through collaboration with private sectors.
” I have the basic knowledge to impact these trainings on Delta youths through a partnership with the State Government. I have passion for mass literacy drive for the masses and building it around the government policy of wealth creation and the concept of prosperity for all Deltans. This will reduce mass illiteracy in our society, ” she said.
According to her, encouraging entrepreneurs in giving out apprenticeship to youths without technical exposure will still make them remain in the same ladder of youth restiveness.
She disclosed that she can create over 90,000 jobs to Deltans through the sustainable livelihood appraiser, adding that the initiative would further create more jobs for the unemployed in the state.
Mrs Arobaga said that, “The issue of unemployment is a globe war all over the world but can be tackled with skills acquisition programmes and unemployment in Nigeria should be of a great concern to everyone : government, religious leaders, corporate bodies , non government organizations, as well as entrepreneurs. The sustainable livelihood appraiser is capital intensive and to substain it , government agencies like DESOPADEC should give their support.
