The Chairman of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) board, Olorogun Barr. John Obukokwo Nani, has extended warm congratulations to the Governor of Delta State, His Excellency, Rt. Elder Sherriff Oborevwori, on the occasion of his first year in office.
