COMMUNITIES  CHAIRMEN CALL ON NIGERIANS TO PRAY FOR BUHARI

Gbaramatu Communities Chairmen in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State have  called on Nigerians to pray for President Muhammadu Buhari who is currently in the United kingdom for medical vacation.

The Chairman of Kokodiagbene Community, Comrade Sheriff Mulade who made the call  in Warri,  Delta State  on behalf of the Chairmen of Gbaramatu Communities urged Nigerians to support the ailing President with prayers always.

“We want to call on all Nigerians to continue to pray for President Muhammadu Buhari who has gone back to the United kingdom on medical vacation. We do not know how long the President is going to stay with his doctors this time around, but let us continue to pray for him so that he can be healthy and come home to continue his good work. The President needs our prayers”, Comrade Mulade stated.

The Community Leader also charged Nigerians to support the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to sustain the prevailing peace in the country, particularly in the oil rich Niger Delta Region.

“Let us give the Acting President Prof Yemi Osinbajo the needed support as he pilot the affairs of the country now that the President is away on medical vacation. We should give the Acting President the maximum support just as we did before when the President was away the other time. The Acting President should be given the necessary support in order for the relative peace in the country, particularly in the Niger Delta Region to be sustained”, he said.

He Congratulated the new Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his emergence, imploring him to bring his wealth of experience to bear.

“We also want to use this medium to congratulate the new speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly Hon Sheriff Oborevwori to bring his wealth of experience to bear and support Governor Okowa to achieve the desired peace and development for the State”, Comrade Mulade said.
