British High Commission Commends Uduaghan’s Development Strides

The British High Commission in Abuja, Mr. Edward Dunn has expressed satisfaction with the development strides of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan’s administration.
Mr. Dunn who gave this commendation at the Osubi Airport, Warri enroute Abuja, said he was particularly satisfied with the governor’s development drive in the education and health sector.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Foreign Relation, Mr. Oma Djeba, took the British High Commission on a two day tour of projects embarked upon by the Uduaghan administration.
Mr. Dunn emphasized that Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan had judiciously carried out several life changing projects across the state.
He explained that, the free treatment for pregnant women and children below five years were in the line with the World Health Organization, WHO, health policy.
Mr. Dunn added that the massive construction of public schools in the state was a boost to the millennium Development Goal on Education of the United Nations.
The Envoy, accompanied by the Senior Political Adviser British High Commission, Mr. Osaro Odemwingie, noted that the projects were first class and urged Deltans to support the Government’s efforts by maintaining the projects.
He also noted that Delta State is peaceful and promised to visit the State again.
The Former Commissioner for Information and Current Senior Special Adviser to the Governor on Foreign REslations, Mr. Oma Djeba, who accompanied Mr. Edward Dunn to the Osubi Air Port, thanked him for the visit.
