A Delta State House of Assembly  candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) for Warri South Constituency II, Chief Vincent Okudolor, has promised his people effective representation if elected in the February 28, 2015, election.

Speaking exclusively to our correspondent in Warri, Chief Okudolor who lost the PDP primaries to Hon. Dennis Omovie before decamping to the APC said that he was going into the Delta State House of Assembly to make good laws for his people.

He said a better future for people of Warri South Constituency II was uppermost in his mind, hence, the desire to serve the people.

According to him; “If elected, I will give my people effective representation. Apart from making good laws for them, I will embark on empowerment programmes for the people of my constituency. At the moment, they are not enjoying the desired dividends of democracy.”

Chief Okudolor also said that; “I am using this medium to appeal to my people to vote for me and all the APC candidates in the February elections. I have come with the message of hope to my people. I want to change their sorry situation to a better one. The people of Warri South Constituency II deserve a better representation and that is why I am telling my people that the needed change is now.”

While appealing to the youths to shun violence, he promised to empower them if elected as a lawmaker.

Chief Okudolor implored his people to go and collect their Permanent Voters Cards (PVCs), saying that; “The Change we in the APC are talking about will not be possible if we do not go out there to collect our PVCs; your PVC is the weapon for the change.”
