The Delta APC is indeed embroiled in a complex web of internal conflicts, with various groups vying for power and influence. At the heart of this conundrum are four distinct elements of leaders, each with their own agendas and motivations.
The Four Elements of Leaders in the Delta APC Conundrums
*1. _The Power Seekers_*
This group is driven by a desire to wrest power from the PDP, but their strategies often overlook the importance of collective, grassroots-oriented principles that focus on managing people’s opinions.
*2. _The Disgruntled Group_*
This set is disillusioned with the first group due to unfulfilled past promises or broken alliances.
*3. _The Opportunists_*
This group exploit internal conflicts to gain leverage and negotiate for federal appointments.
*4. _The Moles_*
This set uses the crisis to receive funds from the PDP, fueling the conflict and negotiating with the PDP to undermine other APC candidates and personal financial gain.
Interestingly, some noise makers within these groups are either unaware of these dynamics or are benefiting financially or position from the situation.
